Several days prior to the start of your show, one or more of our expert staff will arrive on-site to direct and oversee the setup of your company’s booth or display. This is an important part of our service for two reasons. First, we do not entrust the set-up of your display to strangers without our involvement and supervision as other companies might do. Our presence insures that your booth is set up to both your and our exact standards. Second, we strive, at every event, to get your display set-up well in advance of the start of the show. This provides you with the earliest possible access to your booth so you and your staff can prepare for the show itself.

Another important feature of our service is that we leave at least one staff member on-site for the duration of your event. That staff member remains available to you to provide any assistance and information regarding your booth.

At the conclusion of your show, you simply can take your belongings and leave. We can package and ship any products, materials or display items back to your company’s headquarters or offices. As soon as your products and materials are removed from your booth, we direct and supervise the tear-down, packing and transportation back to our warehouse where it will remain until your next show.

PortaDisplay also offers other related convention and trade show services such as maintenance, and storage of booths/exhibits already owned or in use by your company. Prices for these and other related services are available upon request.
